TO ALL MEMBERS

As you are probably aware, we will be able to have some well deserved bowling activities and easing of restrictions from 6pm on Friday 29 October. Thank you to everyone who has been at the club recently and shown us your fully vaccinated status. This is a very important step and enables us to comply with various requirements. Please note that visitors and non-members need to provide fully vaccinated or medical exemption evidence to enter the club grounds and clubhouse at any time due to our licensed premises requirements.

We have listed below what will be happening over the next few weeks.
GBR PENNANT- Saturday pennant first round will be on 6 November and Midweek first round will be Tuesday 9 November. Draws will be available soon. More information will be in the next newsletter.
Saturday’s pennant match practice will continue as planned this week at 1.00pm. The next Midweek practice match will be on Monday 1 November at 2pm to 4pm, and then pennant practice weekly for Midweek and Saturday as per the syllabus.

There will be good game prizes and raffles, cup sweeps etc. Dress up in your ‘finest’ and you might win a prize. A list will be put up for games entry. There will be no charge for bowls games and BBQ, free to all who attend. This is a social day for all members and others and we would love to see you back at the club.

WORKING BEE MONDAY 1ST NOVEMBER- There are a few general cleanup tasks that need doing around the club grounds to get everything spic and span. Volunteers are needed on Monday 1st to arrive at 9-9.30am and see Garry Williams to be delegated a task. Thanks very much.

A very big thankyou to all our members and friends. It’s been a mammoth effort to keep everything on track over the past nearly 2 years and the Board and committees really appreciate your support and co-operation.
