Warrnambool Tournament

A group of our club members recently had the opportunity to travel to the Warrnambool Bowls Club for a four-day tournament. Among these members were Sue Smith and Alan Smith, Marilyn Fisk and Peter Fisk, Anita Burt and John, as well as Lee-Ann Lane and Graham Lane.

At the tournament, they faced some tough competition, but our members held their own admirably. In the mixed pairs event, Mal Fisk and Peter Fisk managed to secure a respectable third place finish. Their performance was a standout moment during the tournament, and they made our club proud.
This trip to Warrnambool not only showcased the skills of our members but also strengthened the bonds of camaraderie within our club. We’re always delighted to see our members representing the club with dedication and sportsmanship.

We look forward to more opportunities for our members to participate in such events and achieve further success. Congratulations to all the participants, and a special commendation to Mal Fisk and Peter Fisk for their achievement!
