Our space presents an excellent venue choice for your upcoming event. Whether you’re a member or part of the general public, this space has gained immense popularity, necessitating advanced bookings.
The function area is generously proportioned and can comfortably accommodate up to 100 seated guests while keeping a spacious dance floor available for dancing.
Conditions of hire include self-catering for events with the use of our kitchen available for this purpose.
To confirm your event, all bookings must receive prior approval from the management of Clifton Springs Bowls Club.

Guidelines & Conditions
Individuals interested in renting the Clifton Springs Bowling Club facilities should follow these steps:
Submit a Request:
- Prospective renters must submit their requests to a designated Board member, who will discuss the renter’s requirements and determine the actual costs associated with the event.
- Board Approval: The Board of Management will then review the booking request for approval.
Notification:
- Once a decision has been made by the Board of Management, the person inquiring about the rental will be promptly informed of the approval or non-approval.
- Agreement: If approved, an “Agreement to Hire Premises” will be provided to the renter for completion and signing.

Restrictions:
- Parties for individuals under the age of 30 must have supervision by a Bowling Club Member.
- Events such as Bucks Parties and those intended for internet/social media advertisement are not permitted.
Rental Costs for Club Rooms:
- For birthday parties and special functions, a refundable bond of $250.00 is required, in addition to a $200 fee for the hire of premises.
- Club members hosting functions will be charged a $50 fee for premises hire unless they guarantee a minimum expenditure of $200 over the bar. If the expenditure guarantee is met, the $50 hire fee will be waived.
Request for Use of Bowling Green and Club Bowls:
- There is a charge of $10.00 per person for the use of the Bowling Green and Club Bowls.
- Our skilled bowlers will be available to provide guidance and expertise during your green hire.
Payment to Clifton Springs Bowling Club:
Payments should be made to Clifton Springs Bowling Club’s Bendigo Bank account, with the following details:
